To access to the Support Center simply place your QUESTION (do not forget to fulfill with the "Truth" the requested information).
If you have any doubt and/ or needing help with your Joomlas2Go! config. place you request and I will do the best to answer you as soon as possible, following the guideline rules detailed hereinafter:
- PREMIUM (Members): Will receive an answer to their request within the 48h from their request submision date.
- PROMO (registered donors): Will receive an answer to their request within the next 15 working days from their request submision date.
- BASIC (registered donors): Will receive an answer to their request around the next 24 working days from their request submision date.
- REGISTERED Users: subject to my spare time availability.
- ANONYMOUS Guests: May be YES!, May Be NOT!... Who Knows!
