Just follow the Install Wizard with the given instructions. Finally, check that the loaded URL inside the browser is http://127.0.0.1:4001/ to get your new Joomla! Project loaded. Pay special attention to the included LICENCE AGREEMENT, DISCLAIMER and to the included README file to avoid any problem with your JOOMLA! Project .
